What!!!??

What are the job ads happening nowadays? 

10 years experience in IT or related with 6 years experience as a project manager. 

8 years experience in IT or related with 5 years experience in the role of project manager.

Is it real? Is it possible? I don't know. I really have no idea how these could be realistic criteria for hiring. Without that 10 years or 8 years at the sentence head would be much more better. At the end, employers would only care about the experience in the role of project manager. What kind of projects that experienced? And how you manage the project? And, are they successfully closed?

Hmm.... I knew it! That's why I could not get a PM position, because I could not figure out how to use 4 years or 3 years to be a PM. Yea? Obviously, it is my problem......
