Fate, isn't it?

10 years passed without much improvement on life or work. Others use several years to climb to the same grade as mine. How long did I take? I need several years + 10 more years. I wasted 5 years at the same position at the same place without reward or any appreciation. I thought I mentioned not more than once on this. 

Right, I am not comfortable for this fact. It is unacceptable, but have to confront, without anything I can help. Because I am stupid enough believed that someone could be changed and then could change something at that time. However I was totally wrong. 

The lesson learnt is, nowadays companies or organizations, staff could not stay for long. They would take advantages on loyal staff, in order to minimize their cost and maximize their productivities. As an ordinary man kind, the only way to climb up your position and increase your salary, is to change job from company to company. The grandfather working attitude with loyalty is not workable, if you are ambitious. Some bosses are very difficult to deal with whenever talking about your career path. You cannot change your boss's thought. If your boss's management style on staff is not encouraging, you better leave that boss. Go to another department or company, if you are ambitious.
