In the role of PM, better back off from those tedious stuff? I believe so. But, seems tedious stuff could not be get rid of, in a proper way. The worse is, when those tedious stuff could only be accomplished by yourself, you can not escape or hide, indeed.

I was thinking, whenever there were tiny time break, what the big picture is? Just in that 0.001s, no answer could be flash out. Everyone knows big picture could be painted in exchange with time. So, in the shoes of PM, the blue print should be marked already in the brain. Whenever flashing the question 'What is the big picture?', it should be there. And you can make adjustment on it easily.

To me, memory is not that good. Surroundings would easily distract me. I need time to think and rebuild the blue print. Maybe I really need a multi-core processor implant into my brain.
