The bigger the company, more ridiculous things could been seen

Usually, large companies will provide more bureaucracy, procedures which are redundant. Believe these are norm. Not even touch the way of agile as there are no ways to adopt, including people mindsets, existing infrastructure, stealth internal policies, of course with so many stereotypes which were working well for more than 20 years.

De facto standard becomes a joke for the company, as the company rules all the things. It has its own standard by all means.

Am really fed up. Am exhausted. All reflect my lack of knowledge and lack of ways to mitigate risks.

Even worse, it is totally unacceptable to twist a person in order to please senior management. But the fact is every 'powerful' apostle (you know what it means) is defaming that lead to negative image sitted steadily at their minds. And like cancer spreading to the whole environment. Results in no more chances to turn it back. 

The World, seems so unfair that only allowing this to happen from top down approach, maybe for some reasons. Alright, admitted not enough experience, knowledge and power to fight back. Conclusion, exit plan seems to be the only way.
